Booted Back to Orbit While Playing in the Blooming

I was casually playing in the Blooming in Pale Heart and boom booted back to orbit. I went back and all my progress was lost and I was back at level 1. So I kept playing and the same thing happened to two more time. Is this a known issue? Am I the only one getting this?
