Warlock Melee
I get that warlocks were suppose to have weaker melees originally, but damn does this feel bad these days. Three of warlock subclasses (void, stasis, arc) feel like they literally have a dead button on them.
Pocket singularity is such a slow animation for terrible damage and a lack luster effect. You could increase the damage by another 100% and it would still be awful.
Penumbral blast is similar, but at least it has some utility in stunning unstoppable champions.
These two melees definitely have a lot of pvp value, but I cannot think of another ability on another class that is purely designed for pvp. At least one that you cannot switch off of.
The two arc melees... exist I guess? They never seem impactful and have absolutely nothing exciting about them compared to other classes. No movement tech, big damage, spamability, survival aspects, or other utility attached.
I do not feel this way when I play other classes. It especially feels weird to have Warlock melees be so bad when everyone has access to every grenade type now. I cannot tell you the last time I willingly put on a melee on Prismatic Warlock that wasn't arcane needle or snap.
It seems really easy to fix too. Some ideas:
Make pocket singularity chargeable into handheld supernova.
Consume your arc melee to create a blinding burst around the player
Penumbral blast creates a slowing field at the target location (similar to duskfield)
Tldr, please do something to help warlock melee. Most of them feel like dead buttons.
