Double entrance living room with fireplace - need furniture placement help!

I have struggled with this room since we moved in. Living room has two entrances, fireplace, and two long windows on front wall. Pictures are from before we moved in, I’ve changed out the window treatments, added a rug, but I am stumped on where furniture should go. The back wall isn’t a full wall because it has the entrance from the foyer. A full size couch takes up the entire space, and in my opinion overpowers the room. Any suggestions are appreciated!
