The most expensive lemony floor cleaner I own!🙌🏻

Armaf Club De Nuit Intense Man EDT!

Starting with a super synthetic lemon blast to earthy dry down, this fragrance was never meant to be as overhyped as it is today but somehow this Perfume turned the tables in the fragrance industry and stood still! 🔥

I am going to review this fragrance as per my own experience and not typical fragrantica notes breakdown.

♦️DETAILED REVIEW -

I got this one 2022 french batch from my uncle who's surely not a big fan of Perfumes. As we all know this is very much hyped in the industry I was so excited to try this and the moment i sprayed there were only lemons and floor cleaner vibe we use in Indian households. The starting was very synthetic and unbearable as per my personal opinion.

As time passed, the fragrance settled the smell turned bit more smokey and earthy. This smell continues till the end of dry down but earthy note appear more prominently and smokey one vanishes slowly.

One thing that impressed me is that the earthy note in this Perfume literally smell like the earth after the rain ends. This earthy note doesn't projects and stick to cloths only.

As I said that the starting is unbearable for me, now I spray this Perfume in areas away from my nose to avoid headaches.

♦️VISUAL REPRESENTATION -

Imagine you're lying on a bed in the middle of a fresh lemon farm. Soil is just watered by the gardener and it's totally wet. A person who's very far is lighting up bunch of dry leaves which creates smoke. A breeze flew near you which smelled a mix of fresh lemons, earthiness and back hint of smoke.

OR

Remove the lemon trees from the farm keeping wet land and smoke in there. Imagine you're drinking a lemonade in which you've mistakenly added more lemon juice and it turned out to be really sour in the starting. After 5 minutes you fixed it and it's less sour.

OR

As I said it smells like a floor cleaner. Imagine you enter in a room which is newly cleaned with the lyzol liquid floor cleaner with lemon smell. It smell literally like that in the starting. Add bit of smoke and earthiness for the dry down.

♦️PERFORMANCE - 4.6/5

This is definitely a very good performer and stretch upto long hours of mascerated enough. I'd suggest your to spray this on your clothes 5 minutes before styling them as the opening isn't very pleasing.

♦️HONEST OPINION -

I'm new to fragrances and I've noticed that many Perfumes that I bought do not impress me in the starting but later on they do a great job as I get used to them. I think the same case can be framed here. Day after day I'm getting used to it and the dry down is really unbeatable. I'm not just bitching about CDNIM but the point is that as a newbie I was expecting way too much from this frag as it is marketed as a very pleasing frag. Also, I've never smelled original Aventus.

One more thing to notice is that I didn't get any hint of pineapple or any other note prominently.

Note- I'm grammer wasn't on point anywhere then I apologise for it as English is not my first language.

Feel free to share your knowledge and experience with CDNIM to me in the comments.
