Suuuper proud of the flamingo cupcakes I made

I made them for my 5 yo’s birthday party. They requested peppermint cake. So, I made peppermint cupcakes with a peppermint ganache filling and white chocolate peppermint buttercream. Of course, I had to include the flamingo feathers! I made them by hand, using fondant.

It was really fun :D
