Release Quarantined Emails via KQL

Hi All -

Is it possible to release quarantined emails via KQL, or only via Powershell / ' Email and collab -> Quarantine'

When I run a KQL query and choose 'Take Action', it gives me an option to 'Move to Inbox', but it doesn't work.
