Combining ranked and normal matches was a bad decision IMO

In ranked it was understood that are all trying to win the game. When I get home from work sometimes i want to fuck around so I’ll play normal, though now with it all being the same one must try hard every game if they care about rank.

I don’t quite understand this decision, you’re combining the players who don’t care and are there for fun vs the ones who want to try hard and win.

What are your thoughts on this decision by valve?
