I love randomly not getting Adept achievements for no reason!

I have been going down the roster going through killer adepts and for some reason Michael and Trapper just never counted because fuck me I guess. I got my 4k. I used only their perks. WHERE ARE THE ACHIEVEMENTS! Is there a bug where some killers can't get their achievements? A cheat survivors have similar to the "dedicated server not responding" bullshit? WHAT IS IT!
