Car respawns official

So I’ve been hunting down multiple cars abandoned with ruined tires or no tires in the middle of the south peninsula. Destroying the engine in hopes for it to respawn. My question is that if I destroy a M3S truck. Will a new M3S spawn or will it be a random vehicle.
