Hard to find someone to date

Hey M(25) here, so I'm really finding it hard to find some to talk, dating is out of scope for now. When I was 20 , I went through a breakup. It was a 4 year relationship. It really shattered me and changed my personality quite a bit. I was very interactive guy, popular in my school and college but now I rarely talk to anyone.I'm introvert and can't initiate any conversations. I work at a office in Gurgaon but my team has only males and I rarely have any work with other teams. I just go to office and come home ,cook my food and sleep. I have no social life at all. Tried dating apps but they are shit. There are couple all around places in gurgaon. The place where I live most people are in live-in relationships and I can hear them fucking all night. It really pisses me off.Can someone suggest me anything? Or have any advice
