Where did she come from?

This girl Ririna just appeared one day and started hanging with Momo’s friends. There’s only one or two other panels she’s in, but I’m intrigued. She came out of nowhere and just placed herself into Momo’s friend group.

She looks a lot like Seiko and even maybe CSG, but I’m not sure that means anything.
