Building a shed near a wall with sloped dirt
Location of shed will be around where the existing fig tree is. Im going to cut it down. Once i remove it, ill dig down to create a gravel base for the concrete foundation (or i may just put 4x4 beams down and build the flooring of the shed on top of the beams).
What im concerned about is the wall. Im unsure how far it goes down and im afraid that if i level the dirt which would remove dirt that is touching the wall, the wall itself would collapse and fall on me.
Would it be safe to remove the dirt near the wall or is not doable due to the wall possibly being built on the dirt?
