What happened to the hair choreography? & Detailed Criticism

This is for DCC fans who have been around for at least 7 years. Does it bother yall that this year’s girls are lowkey bland, compared to when Kashara was point. I remember that DCC was known for how powerful their performances looked and they don’t have that anymore. They seem to dance just to look pretty but the choreo is already made for good photo moments. It also bothers me that they don’t do full hair flips anymore, and that’s what made me fall in love with this choreo years ago. Now they only toss their hair to the back.

I think the only on that has the OG DCC energy is Kelee. The other girls like Sophy, Kleine, Amanda, Kylie, and McKenna are just sloppy. And I don’t think that just because you’re pretty, you should be on the team.

As I previously mentioned, Kelee is the only one with the DCC style. I think Chandi dances fine. Idk if she should be point cuz she could be better , and Armani’s style is comprehendible due to her wig. cuz u cant do much hairography with a wig.

Reece is actually pretty good, I kinda so see her being a future point.

Jayda dances fine, it’s just that her height makes her look a little awkward with certain movements. I have mixed feelings with Megan, she’s ok ig cuz her style is a mix of Armani’s style and Sophy’s but I don’t like her hairography.

Karley’s dancing is just too much and uncontrolled. It’s so exaggerated and she looks so sloppy at the first triangle and she gets slightly better after the first point formation.

I think Marissa is fine, she’s kinda like a mix of Lacey and Kelcey. Tori is a hot mess, she always looks like she’s trying not to fall, which is very disappointing compared to previous years.

KD is fine, I think she was wayyy better her rookie year and her hair extensions don’t enhance her look. and Kleine is bland and sloppy. idk why she’s 2nd group leader at all. and she’s just a mean girl tbh.

Madeline is disappointing to watch, i really feel bad for her cuz after many years of trying out and being on the team, she hasn’t improved a hair. She dance’s like a 5th grader.

Lea is fine, nothing really bad but nothing really good. that also goes for Brooklyn and Camille. They dance very controlled.

Kylie is pretty and dances pretty sometimes. She’s sometimes sloppy but 2017 Judy can fix her.

Sophy is pretty and dances pretty aswell. But she is very sloppy with her legs. With McKenna I sometimes look at her and think she’s lost. She’s another sophy.

Kennedy is like a 2012 girl that’s fully dressed in Justice clothing on the field.

Let’s face it, Anna Kate made the team just cuz of Carol. I watched her perform in college and she wasnt good then.

Taylor is actually pretty good. But by looking at Kelli’s decision’s I dont think they’ll ever put her as point cuz of her look.

KAYLAAA She’s an amazing comeback girl. I want her as point ASAP. She needs more recognition.

Now to the Rookies.

Michelle and Trinity are a hot mess. Michelle is mostly sloppy and Trinity tries too much that its funny.

Darah and Abby are pretty good dancers. They got great control of their bodies. And Kelly is almost as good as them.

Allison dances sloppy for the most part, she just needs more control. and Julissa is good but she has her bad moments.

Charly is lowkey becoming my favorite rookie. She’s got great control, power, and hairography. I hope she becomes a group leader or point.

I don’t know what to think about Ava. She’s not bad but not amazing. She’s ok. She kinda just fills that spot. Now that I remember. She shouldve been an amazing comeback girl cuz she’s also been trying out for years like Madeline.

Madie, Sophia, and Ariel have great potential to become fan favorites if they keep improving. Sophia is a little more plain, she kinda just does the choreo. But Madie and Ariel have something within them that they need to unlock.

I know that these new fans are probably gonna feel offended by what I’m saying. But I saw this team improving till Maddie and Gina left in like 2021 and these new women and not adding to the legacy.
