IUD with anesthetic?

Been putting off getting an IUD for years bc I’m worried about the pain but now I’m facing the reality that I cannot risk getting pregnant over the next four years. Does any one have any good recommendations for a painless IUD insertion? Preferably in the DC area (don’t have a car). 💙
