bronchial artery embolization stop bleeding time
Hello everyone. I used to have turboculosis but treated. Because my treatment is late, my right lung is pulmonary fibrosis and nearly collapsed (I use google translate so I don't know if that is correct). From 2019 to now my left lung mostly work and it expand and pull my heart and right lung to the right side. From Oct 2024 I started coughing a few weeks then one day I cough blood (maybe less than 100ml). This reappear frequently in that week (every 1-2 days) and sometime it happens with my nose bleeding. I tried to drink transamin but it not works. When I try cough it always have blood in my phlegm. I came to a hospital and they found that I have aspergillus fumigatus (no tuberculosis found) and bronchodilation. They checked that aspergillus fumigatus in my body does not resistance to itraconazole so they assgin me to take itraconazole for 6 months. However after 1 months of treatment I have two week cough blood (one happened at noon when I am lying, one happened at night when I wake up and drink coldwater) and I have to drink transamin again. After that I have 2 weeks not coughing blood but after nearly 2 months of itraconazol, my phlegm started to have a little of blood in that so I take transamin again, howerver there still little blood for few days and at one morning, I cough blood (about 200ml), at that time if I try to breath heavily there's also blood come out from my right nose. I come to hospital again and they can not found any bleeding spot at my nose, but there is dilated blood vessel in it. They though that blood may come from my lungs so I was treated with bronchial artery embolization in my right lung. But since that after 2 days, everytime I feel want to cough, there still black blood. Doctor said that just old blood and because I was assigned to hospitalization in a same room with tuberculosis patients (which is dangerous for me), my parents told doctor to let me go home. After 4 days I still see blackblood when I cough (I cough approx 10 times per day). So I want to ask people who was treated with BAE, how long do you stop coughing blood after BAE. Sorry for my bad english
