Question. Does anyone have any knowledge on Evergreen Jasper?

I saw this bracelet on a popular crystal retailer and I was curious if anyone had any info, such as whether Evergreen jasper is a trade name. Additionally, validation that it is, in fact, Evergreen Jasper. It looks a little more like moss agate to me in 2 of the 3 pictures but I'm unsure. Any advice is welcome.
