Should I Join my Schools Cross Country Team?
I'm a sophomore in high school and I'm pretty out of shape and of course looking to get into better shape. I have never done a school sport before and i'm not athletic. I was pretty keen on joining my schools cross country team, but now i'm not so sure. I can barley run for 5 minutes. Also, due to some social anxiety I'm scared of being judged by my teammates for being too slow or just being downright bad. (there's like 5 people on my schools team lol) Should I join or nah?
