What am I doing wrong

This is the second time I’ve tried to make a woobles plushy and the shape of it came out not like it should have. I’m fairly confident I’m not missing any rounds, so I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. Pics of what it’s supposed to be shaped like and what mine came out like
