Questions about floppy tail syndrome

Hey everyone!

I got my boy Calcifer a couple months ago and I know FTS is a potential issue, I was working from home today and noticed him sleeping like this for a few hours so I tried my best to gently wake him up so he’d move to a better position, anyone else feel bad about this?

Also, is FTS an issue with any bending of the tail or specifically up and over the back?
