Help Needed: Kotak 811 Account Blocked!

Hey everyone,

I urgently need help regarding my Kotak 811 account. I just got an email stating that my account has been blocked because some transactions were not in line with my declared annual income. They’ve asked me to provide my Aadhaar details, info about high-value transactions, and even take a selfie during the process to unblock it.

I’m not sure how to handle this or what exactly went wrong. Has anyone faced this before? How long does it take for them to unblock the account? Any advice on how to ensure the process goes smoothly would be greatly appreciated.
