K2 plus 0.6mm & 0.8mm profile slower than 0.4mm

So I moved from an original ender 3 (not even pro) to K2 plus so never bothered with larger nozzles. My understanding is that larger nozzles should print faster with higher layer heights and increasing visible layer lines. Not a problem for me.

So my question is, slicing the same print in creality 6, the time to print is slightly more for 0.6mm nozzle than with 4mm. Why is this the case, should it not be faster?

What am I missing?
