PTFE tube pops off CFS

So i would like to re-visit a topic I posted a while ago about a continual error I was getting: FB2846; the filament buffer signal is abnormal, the buffer may be stuck or the filament may be tangle. Basically what was happening is that when the filament was feeding out from the CFS, and it reached the extruder it would push the ptfe tube out of the back connection on the CFS and then continue to feed out filament until the error FB2846 appeared. I posted a picture of the aftermath where the ptfe tube had popped off and the filament had continued to feed and ppl were commenting that I hadn't connected the CFS unit correctly etc. I can assure everyone that the connections from/to the K2/CFS are all correct.

Anyway, I have now had time to do some testing and I would appreciate if some other K2 users out there could try this on their machine to see if it does the same or if it is just me.

The fault occurs in 2 different scenarios. The first is if I try to 'extrude' a filament from the CFS. Under the 'Filament' section on the K2 screen, I select a spool from the CFS (doesn't matter which slot) Then In the 'Axis/temp' section I heat the nozzle to 220C, then back in 'Filament' I press 'Extrude'. The selected filament then feeds out from the CFS and I can watch it feed through the ptfe tubes all the way to the extruder. When it reaches the extruder, the ptfe tube at the back of the CFS then pops out and the filament keeps on feeding out until the error FB2846 appears. I have to then press 'Retract' to wind the filament back into the CFS so I can re-insert the ptfe tube.

The 2nd scenario is if i set up to do a print. If I choose a file from the file manager section on the K2 it has 2 checkboxes that can be selected. 1 to 'enable CFS' and 1 for 'Calibration'. If I select both checkboxes and press print the unit does a bed levelling and then when it loads a filament from the CFS, it will again pop the ptfe tube off the back of the CFS unit when the filament reaches the extruder. However, If i do not select the checkbox 'calibration', it still does the bed levelling at the start of the print but this time the filament will feed in from the CFS and it stops feeding as soon as it reaches the extruder. It will then print without any issues. If it is a multicolor print, the filament changes over without issue also.

I will attached a link to a video here to show what happens when I press 'Extrude'. Would appreciate it if someone out there could try this on their printer and let me know what happens.
