Whats this?

K1C Pla CF filament. What appears to be matte is printed on 100% and whats shinny its because i changed it to 50% (steady), it did not change the time remaining.

After this i printed multiple long tests and 100% takes EXACTLY the same as 50% Steady. wth is the difference then and why is printing on 50% making the prints look like this, i checked it really close and theres no layer layer difference or anything really besides matte/shinny

This was printed on 0.3 layer height.
