Fitgirl Repack stuck during unpacking

My setup is always getting stuck when I try unpacking Attack on Titan 2. It always gets stuck with the same file "LINKDATA\LINKDATA_B.BIN" I've restarted it several times but it doesn't help. I tried just letting it run but it was going for almost 4 hours and still, nothing happened.

Does anybody know a solution or how to help me?
