any games like stardew but less stressful?

I find that playing stardew alone is way too much for me. What I really like about it is foraging, crafting, farming, fighting (for some loot that I can craft into something valuable to sell, but I only like easy fights).

I feel overwhelmed with stardew b cause theres so much to do, too little time during the day, dying is really easy and crops die easily too. I can only progress in it if I fight well enough to get better sprinklers but I never managed to get more than the first sprkinler playing alone.

I also HATE puzzles with a burning passion, so please don't rec me any puzzle game.

I really enjoy crafting. I also get a little bit lost on games like animal crossing because they're 1) too slow, so I have to play everyday for a while to get stuff 2) I'm not a great teraformer
