Bolt ons, square boobs, boulders etc..

Ok I asked this in another thread but now I think I am convinced she had them removed.. this looks drastically smaller? Or am I probably wrong? At least if she got them fixed that’s one good thing to come out of this whole Jorts situation and her changing her entire personality again.
