What are the key tips for cooking perfect rice?

I have to share that the best rice I've ever had outside of a restaurant is the TableMark Cooked Rice! It might sound a bit sad, but it was just perfectly sticky and delicious. I’ve been trying to get my rice to taste as good, but it’s a challenge. I’m using a regular, basic rice cooker and Nishiki rice, and I always wash my rice before cooking. Do you think I should upgrade my rice cooker, or maybe try a different brand of rice? Any tips would be super helpful!
