Hot breakfast for a large group. I need suggestions that don’t use a lot (or any) eggs.
Once a month I bring in hot breakfast to work to feed 25-35 people. I prefer items that are quick to make and don’t require much input once at the office
My typical choices are a variety of egg casseroles. French toast casserole. Build your own breakfast burritos (egg, potato and meat in a crockpot, tortillas and other fillings on the side).
But obviously eggs are both out of budget and hard to get in large quantities right now. So I need other ideas.
I once did pancakes, but it took forever to make enough, I did it on a griddle at work and it was too slow to get everyone fed.
Bagels and donuts aren’t an option as those are frequently brought in by sales people.
Edit: it needs to be hot breakfast at least the next few months. I have an oven at home, but the drive is 30minutes so it needs to stay hot.
I have a crockpot, mircorwave and a crappy toaster oven at work.
Pastries, oatmeal packets, and yogurt are also provided.
