a 7 away from lucky payout?
i'm REALLY close to getting 4 7's in my prestige level, and i've been trying and resetting and trying and resetting all morning, but no matter what i do, my prestige in this playthrough either doesn't go up AT ALL, or goes up by 16 at a time. i know everyone says to sell buildings to slow the gain, but the number straight up doesn't move and the blue bar stays constantly full with no indication of gaining prestige. is there a good way to PRECISELY gain 7 prestige points?
