vader 4 pro wireless dongle not detected

hi all,

vader 4 pro seemed to be the best controller that I ever owned until today. Suddenly it stopped connecting wirelessly, only wired connection works. when wire is disconnected the light keeps blinking and the wireless dongle is not getting detected. i tried reinstalling space station factory resetting the controller but nothing seem to help. I even tried the below steps still have issue any help on this is much appreciated.

Also i don't see the controller in device manager for some reason.
