What can I do against a backstabber?

I joined a coalition with China after all my teammates and there’s went inactive , days passed and we both became top 5 quickly now they’re mad I expanded west after they told me not too and are disbanding the coalition and are sending all there troops to my cities and I can’t attack them because we’re considered teammates still what can I do? Also will destroying my airports prevent them from reaching them.
