Please add Requires Target Verification as an option for Lifeweaver

Basically the exact same setting which is available for Echo & Ana's ultimate abilities - instead of lifegrip triggering instantly when you press E, pop up the 'yes-no' window and let us press M1 to confirm.

(And make sure that the yes-no window doesn't get fucked up if we've switched his primary and secondary fires around like tree used to).

The ability is on a long ass cooldown, and wasting it not only can get the intended target killed and waste your ability, but can also fuck over the target who accidentally got pulled. Some way of confirming the target is correct is needed.

It also allows for pre-casting the same way you do with Nanoboost, which would make coordinating using the ability much easier and stronger.
