Charged double for Canadian tourist visa entry, how do I dispute this?

As title says: I was charged 540,000 COP for 1 person for entry (when it’s suppose to be 270,000 pp). I didn’t realize the over charge since she didn’t show me the POS when I was paying.

How do I dispute this now? (I have the receipt)
