cheap and long lasting

pretty knew to the cologne scenario but what are some cheap colognes that will last me through the day without breaking my bank.
My country is pretty hot and humid so maybe something cool or fresh?

has to be long lasting and cheap (below $50 is good but if thats not possible then below $100)
