Cashing out without getting flagged

I have about $2.1mn in stables that I had converted from alts/btc. Been accumulating crypto since 2016 and now I finally "exited". While my stables are generating yield through several DeFi protocols, I really want to just cash out and have them in a bank (sorry not sorry). My question is: will I be flagged for adding $2.1m of USDC into my Coinbase account and then cashing it out? Never had this amount of money before in my life or anywhere near that on my Coinbase account, so I'm guessing it might look suspicious? I am aware of the limit of $100k per day, but once I cash all of it overtime will be I subject to any flags. I live in a foreign country that does not have any capital gains taxes, but I used to live in the US and I have a social security number linked to my Coinbase account.

Appreciate your help!

Edit: no I’m not a US citizen or permanent resident. I have an SSN because used to work in the US. SSNs are granted to workers regardless of their citizenship status. I don’t live in the US anymore it’s been a year since I moved. My US bank account is still active and I have a US address. I live in the Gulf with zero income and capital gains taxation. Sounds pretty untaxable if you ask me.
