How do I take away doubt from my spells

Hi, I have done a few spells and everything went well on my side I detached for the first few days and it was all good but it’s about a week now and I am not yet seeing results. It’s taking a while and is causing doubts now. Can I do another spell or ask for a sign or something to keep me positive because it’s starting to get hard to stay positive.

Update: Like right after I wrote this my spell worked. I’m so happy.
