Cleaning a House after 10 years

My family has a second house that we've been not able to go to for the past 10 years(the reason is not the point of this). We managed to get someone to come open the windows every now and then to let some new air in, and the lawn gets mowed. But we're finally considering to go there again and it needs a DEEP cleaning, and I need your help and suggestions to know what needs to be done.

This is what I've thought of so far: • disinfestation/pest control if there's a cockroach/mouse/other problem, if needed • mould control if needed • checking if the walls need to be repainted • professional deep cleaning of mattresses, couches, pillows, armchairs • checking if utilities as electricity, water, heating, gas stove, washing machine still work(suggestions on what to do with the washing machine please) • some "normal" cleaning as cleaning surfaces, bathroom, kitchen(fridge, cabinets, dishes), floors • I think I left some stuffed toys there all these years, what do you suggest that I do with them?
