Help me identify this album cover is possible!

This is a near impossible ask I am sure. Today would have been my dad’s 68th birthday. He passed away in 2015 but this photo of him as a youngin came into my possession and I would LOVE to know what album he was holding. He was super into classic rock, zeppelin, Floyd, etc. I am also very into that and scoured my record collection and there is nothing that looks similar. It looks like it’s a single person, maybe live is the first word. If anyone can identify this off a 50 year old grainy news paper -please let me know 🤣
