Recommendation needed! Computer Spec for heavily modded CS1 and future proof for CS2

Hi folks. I have been playing CS1 for several years now - first on PS4, now on MacBook Pro M1 Pro 16GB RAM.

Most of my builds involve quite a few mods and assets but I am now seeing a significant drop in frame rate and general in-game responsiveness when playing on MBP, so, I have decided to spend some money on a new, mid-tier(?), gaming PC focuses solely on playing CS1 & 2, and probably Flight Simulator 2020.

Here is the specs I'm looking at.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X (guy at the store tries to up-sale me to Ryzen 7 5800x - do I really need that?)

Mainboard: ASROCK B450M Steel Legend

Graphic: GALAX GEFORCE RTX 4060TI 8GB DDR6

RAM: Kindston Fury Beast DDR4 32GB

SSD: 500GB Kingston NV2 MVMe M.2

Power: Thermaltake 750W Bronze

What are your thoughts? Do you think this should be enough for heavily modded CS1 and hopefully CS2?
