Wish I could make art more. Anyone else?

I've always dreamed of being a children's book illustrator. It is so hard to make art when I'm often bed bound or in too much pain to focus.

Wanting to commiserate with others who are held back from creating the art they want to, and have inside of them. Was once told in an art sub that if I don't push to create art every day despite the pain and despite being too busy then it's not actually my passion. That was upsetting. Honestly I believe a person can be held back from their passion, and it's a privilege to not have to experience that
