Working on PC while in bed setup?

Hey fellas, anyone aware of sone sort of table that I could setup so that I can use my PC while lying down in bed?

I have chronic back pain due to spinal fusion, 70-80% of my spine is metal rods and screws.

I find it really difficult to be chained to my desk 8 hours a day sitting down at the computer - it would be a lot easier if there was a way to have a monitor setup so I can use it in bed - the pc itself is very small, its more of a matter of comfortably having access to a keyboard, mouse and computer monitor while in bed.

I've seen some setups that use laptops - wondering though how I could get one that would suit with a monitor & pc setup.
