Surprised by cholesterol test. Wonder if it's genetic?

I (39/F/5'2"/120 lbs) paid for a function health test. I was surprised to see my heart health was out of range for several markers. I don't eat that much meat & sporadically eat dairy. Is the below very concerning in the scheme of cholesterol? I'm willing to do lifestyle changes, but am wondering if this is bad enough where I should get on a statin today? Are numbers like this indicative of a genetic issue with cholesterol and lifestyle changes won't make a difference? Both my parents have high cholesterol and are on statins although my mom is obese.

On the subject of lifestyle changes I'm struggling to figure out the diet. I was thinking that I should stick to a plant based diet so I made a nice curry with coconut milk and beans. Then I read to avoid coconut milk. What do people do when they want creamy dishes? Are potatoes ok? I just hate brothy dishes. Trying to incorporate more salmon. My partner has great genetics. He eats sticks of butter with no issues on his end.

Lastly, should I ask my doctor to refer me for a coronary calcium scan of my heart? I had a couple CT scans this year. Not sure I want more radiation, but these numbers are scaring me. Any other recommended diagnostics?

Anyways hoping the ppl of reddit can help me navigate this new phase of life.
