I’m pretty new to chivalry

I’ve been doing my absolute best to use my counters, jabs, kicks, and pretty much everything else that isn’t just spamming the attack buttons, but it feels like I get punished for actually trying to learn the game instead of just wildly attacking. I’ve been having fun for the most part but it’s starting to get pretty irritating
