Crowns purchase issue
Just bought the sack of crowns, it is said that i will get 2000 + 20% (which is 400 more crowns) why i didn't get those 400 extra crowns? You may see in the screenshot that my account has 2160 crowns, but i had 160 before the transaction so i got only 2000. Am i missing something? I already asked for help in discord server helping forum and official support website. I made a ticket, but got only bot responce. How long does it usually take for the real person to reach out and help? Would be grateful for any information.
