Are people in Chicago reporting immigrants?

Hey everyone, I was watching f*ckin Trenches News and he was telling everyone to find Venezuelans in the supermarkets and report them! He was on some major racist shit! I know some of them gangsters and terrorizing people but are people reporting like normal immigrants who just want to be safe and live? Isn't this snitching?!!

I am not in the US, but I'm an immigrant (legal) and I know for a fact that I left to protect myself from a terrible situation that was killing me.. I feel bad about people reporting people like that if they are harmless but maybe I'm missing something ..
