Why do Chipotles never close during dangerous weather?

I worked with them for 6 years and we've never closed a store for a day, despite all other businesses closing so that their employees don't risk injuring themselves getting to work.

Like it makes no sense.. let's spend labor to make about $100 bucks per hour because no one is going to drive in snow for a burrito.
