What's up with the chicken crispers?

Haven't been to Chili's in a while, but took my family there for lunch today. Three of us ordered chicken crispers meals and none of us finished them. They looked nothing like the menu pics and seemed to be just oddly cut chunks of chicken breast with a very light breading (compared to the menu pics). They were awful and a big disappointment because we remember how good that they used to be. Is this just how the crispers are now or was it just this location. Though the service was good, I am hesitant to go back because of how bad the food was.
