I need ideas for a capstone project.

I am going through leadership training and have a month left in the program I have to introduce a problem I see in the store and then a solution. I have no idea what to do, I was going to work on catering but I just found out someone else is doing that. Are there any problems you see in your store that needs fixing?? Anything would be helpful lol.
