Need help finding replacement skid pad

Hello! Hope this is the right subreddit. I let my sister use my car and she really gunked up this middle part. I cannot for the life of me find where to buy a replacement of the rubber cover that originally came with this car. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. 🙏
