ChatGPT is gaslighting me?

So I’ve been using ChatGPT quite a bit to create images, it lets me do two a day. It’s been a few weeks since I last asked it to create an image. Today I asked it to create one and this is what it’s been telling me??? Am I missing something here? What’s going on? Lol
